Automatic Triple Water Slot Router

It opens water discharge channels and ventilation holes on PVC profiles at different angles fully automatically. Three frequency controlled high speed motors operate on different surfaces of the profile. Motors can operate independently. Milling speeds can be adjusted independently. It offers easy adjustment for different profile dimensions. It has an angled upper motor with automatic axis shifting to the right and left. It has a pneumatic profile clamping feature.

  • Practical adjustment of water slot length and depth by means of the stoppers
  • Adjustment of motor progress speed with pneumatic system
  • 2 x pneumatic clamping system ensures high operation precision
  • Automatically starting the drilling process by pushing the single button
  • Automatically adjustment of the axis crookedness on the profile by means of the movable table
  • Motor selection through the switches
  • PLC control system
  • Maximum profile dimension: H: 115 x W: 100 mm
  • Press First starting at 2 bar then up to 6 Bar
