Glazing press

The glazing is placed vertically (85°) on a pneumatically retractable raceway equipped with rubber-coated rollers. The work surface covered with anti-friction sliding profiles is tilted horizontally using two pneumatic cylinders. A turnstile equipped with adjustable rubberized studs allows the lifting and rotation of the glazing for the installation of the neoprene seal. Two lifting strokes are available depending on the glazing sizes. Two mobile clamping beams, retractable at the end of the table and
controlled by 4 pneumatic cylinders ensure the pressing of the profiles with perfect squareness. The different functions are controlled from the press by 3 pedals on the floor and 2 lever distributors on the console. The latter is covered with a sheet metal protective cover to prevent any involuntary action (CE standard).
