Double Head Cutting Machine 450 mm

The CKF450 Double Head Cutting Machine, which has a solid structure for precise lengths and angles, is designed for comfortable and precise cutting of aluminum and PVC profiles with its adjustable saw output speed.

It can cut a standard 4100 mm profile and can be automatically adjusted pneumatically at 45° and 90° angles on the saws.

The angles between 45° and 90° can be easily adjusted manually.

The right and left movements of the Movable Head are automatically positioned with the PLC control and Servo Motor system with touch panel.
With its ergonomic design, the protective covers that close automatically before the cutting starts increase work and worker safety.
It fixes the profile in the best way with its horizontal and vertical pneumatic pistons.

While the left cutting head is fixed in the CKF450 double head cutting machine, the right cutting head is automatically positioned depending on the length of the profile to be cut.

According to the measurement entered by the operator from the touch screen, the Movable Head automatically moves to the desired position and is fixed pneumatically.

Thanks to the control panel designed in accordance with the CE regulation requiring two-handed use, the prevention of work accidents that may occur during cutting is guaranteed, while an extremely safe working environment is created.

An optional “Dust Extraction Unit” (IN 25) can be added to the machine to minimize the profile shavings formed after cutting and to facilitate cleaning.
