A modern CNC-controlled industrial solution developed for high-precision processing of aluminum and PVC profiles with 4-axis capability. Thanks to its 4-axis structure, drilling, milling, and channel opening operations can be performed quickly and accurately on a single platform. With servo motor-supported motion system, it ensures maximum efficiency and repeatable quality in production processes.
Thank to its robust frame structure and advanced control software, it easily adapts to different profile types and delivers high performance in series production. It provides ease of use with operator-friendly interface, while minimizing labor time with automatic processing capability.
With interpolation capability on 4 axes on the profile to be processed, all operations on the profile can be performed with 0.1 mm precision.
With 4 pneumatic clamping cylinders positioned horizontally and vertically, it secures the profile optimally and ensures milling and drilling operations with minimum tolerance. Horizontal clamping cylinders placed on the right and left sides of the machine can be manually moved on the X-axis according to the operations on the profile. Thanks to 3-meter conveyors placed on the right and left sides of the machine, the profile to be processed is kept balanced.
