CM 504 is designed for straight or angled cutting of large-sized profiles made of PVC and aluminum materials thanks to its mm saw blade.
CM504 can cut aluminum and PVC profiles with a 450 mm diameter saw with adjustable output speed. Offering a wide angle range from 22.5° to 157.5°, CM504 is easily adjusted at 45°, 90° and 135°, and fixes the profile in the best way with vertical pneumatic clamping pistons.
Designed for angled cutting of aluminum and PVC profiles.

• Saw exit speed is adjustable.
• Wide angle range from 20° to 160°.
• Special fixing points for easy adjustment at 20°, 30°, 45°, 90°,135°, 150° and 160° angles.
• Vertical pneumatic clamping pistons fix the profile in the best way
• Right profile support conveyor is provided as standard.
