uPvc Single Head Welding Machine 200 mm

Designed for welding corners of PVC profiles. Welding can be performed at all angles from 30° to 180°. Maximum welding strength with high precision digital heat control device.

Before pressing, starting from 2 bar up to 6 bar, it welds both colored and white profiles with 0.2 mm precision. Welding seam limitation. Melting and welding time are digitally adjustable.

All operations are controlled through a digital touchscreen. Long-lasting heating plates distribute heat homogeneously. Easy cleaning of heater plates. Thanks to the special Teflon system, long-lasting Teflon usage and easy replacement. Practical welding fixture changing system.
